LB 111 – Japanese Customer Service

This is the introductory course to understanding Japanese concepts of Customer Service. It will introduce participants to the expectations and mindset of Japanese guests, with the goal being to raise awareness and improve service levels for all guests. This course is a prerequisite to LB 112

LB 112 – Blending of Customer Service Best Practices

This course builds on the introductory course and outlines best practices for incorporating Japanese Customer Service concepts with Hawaiian and Western concepts of Customer Service.
