LearningBiz will be recruiting individuals to meet the staffing needs of employers. Potential candidates will be recruited from among the following profiles:
• Unemployed or underemployed adults whose native language is Japanese, Korean, Mandarin or Cantonese, and are currently residing in the United States;
• US native-English speaking residents seeking employment or career advancement;
LearningBiz will build upon its relationships with employers to develop an employer-specific database of high-demand positions. The recruitment process will profile potential job candidates, creating pools of job candidates to match employer needs; with training targeted to meet both employer and job candidates needs, high job retention and satisfaction rates.
